drainage purposes, as described in Deed Book 100,
page 274 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. The East eighty-three feet of the West ninety feet
of Lot 68, MARAVILLA GARDENS, as recorded in
Plat Book 7, page 19 of the publi~ records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, less the North two hundred
fifty feet thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same and appurtenances, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said Ben F. Sundy,
deceased, in law or equity, to the use and benefit of second party, his heirs
and assigns forever.
