HomeMy WebLinkAbout2314 -2- Grantor covenants that any buildings, sCructures, signs or other i.mprovements constructed to the Norrh of and within 100 feet of the North property line of above described property, shall be set back 130 feet from the existing East R/W line of U. S. Highway 1. Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee: (1) that Grantor is seized of said premises in fee simple and has good right to convey the same; (2) that Grantee shall quietly enjoy said premises; {3) that said premises are free from all encumbrances; (4) [hat Grantor will execute or procure any necessary further assurances of the ~ title to said premises; and (5) rhat Grantor will forever warrant and defend the tiCle to said premises against the c~aims of all persons whomsoevQr. ~he foregoing covenants shall be joint and several, shall bind the heirs, administrators, executiors, successors and assigns of Grantor, and shall inure to the henefit of the successors and assigns ~f Grantee.
