1'HIS LF.ASE, made and entered into this day_ of

• heirs, successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor'f
and ALEXANDER JACKSON JARVIS, his heirs, successors and assigns,
hereinafter refe.rred to as "Lessee.'T
The Lessar hereby leases to the Lessee and the Lessee hereby
leases from the Lessor the portion of the following described
property, to-wit:

Block 20, Sunland Gardens, a subdivision
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 3,
page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

1. The Lessee agrees ta pay thP Lessor monthly rental in the

any nature or sort to be placed against fihe property herein leased,
and all persons, whether labormen, contractors, materialr~en or sup-
pliers, shall have no right to mechanic'S lien on the praperty here-
in leased. The Lessor warrants that he is the owner in fee simple
of the above described premises, fixtures and furniture therein and
that he nas th~ right to lease said ~remises and that there are no
outstanding bi1Zs and~ar liens or claim of liens on said pr~mises or
any unpaid bills for merchandise previously rurnished the leased
' premises. Trie Lessor further warrants that the leased premises,

fixtures and f urnishings conforrn and satisfy all requirements of
local, state and federal regulatory bodies and~or governments for
the ~ase as leased herein.
