to extend this Lease for an adc;itional year, and failure on the
part of the Lessee to so notify the Lessor shall relieve the Less~r
of ariy obligatians to exteno this Lease as herein set forth. All
terms and conditions of said one (1) year extensions, for a total -
of nine (9) additional years, sha11 be under the same terms and condi-
tions as is contained herzin.
The Lessor shall be zntitled to a reasonable attorneys fee,
including casts and other charges, that sh~11 be incurred or expend-
ed in enforcing the rights and remedies of the Lessor under this
Lease in the event it is necessa.ry~ that the Lessor obtain the services
of an attorney ~to enforce any provision csf this Lease by suit or other-
wise.
8. The Lessee further leases from the Lessor, and the Lessor
leases to ~he Lessee, all those f urnishings and .fixtures as are
described in Exhibit One attached herete~ at no additional rental.
9. The Lessee will deliver to the Lessor any and a11 documer.ts
necessary to sho~v the Lessor has complied with the terms an~ condi-
tions and covenants of this Lease.
