EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered in~o this •~~~"Ziay
of October, 1965, between B. A. BITTAN, JR., as Executor
af the ESTATE OF GEORGE A. BARTON, DECEASED, as PARTY OF
THE FIRST PART, anci CLAUDE BARTON, 123 South lOth Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, as PARTY OF THE SECOND PART;
W I T N E S S E T H:
THA~' WHEREAS, B. A. BTTTAN, JR., is the duly authorized,
qualified and acting F.xecutor of the ESTATE OF GEORGE A.
BARTON, DECEASED, who died testate in St. Lucie County,
Florida and whil~ a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
on the lOth day of Octaber, 1965; and
WHEREAS, CLAUDE BARTON was named in the Last Will and
Testament of Georgs A. Barton, Deceased, as the residuary
legatee and devisee, and,
WHEREAS, the said PARTY OF TFiE FIRST gART deems it
expedient and necessary and for the best interests of the
estate that the property of the said estate hereinafter
describe~ be conveyed to the said CLAUDE BARTON,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and
in pursuance of ~he ~rder of Partial Distribution entered
b~ the Honorable J, M. Sa.mple, County Judge dated the ~9 ~
day of October, 1965, the P~iRTY OF THE FIRST PART has here-
