E A S E M E N T
This indenture made this 9 day of Novesber ~
1965, by and between DOTHAN RICHARDSON and IRENE RICHARDSON,
his wife, parties of the first part, and CODY L. BASLEY, party ,
of the second part.
WITNESS that for and in consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations paid by the
party of the second part to the parties of the first part, the
receipt whereof is h~reby acknowleciged, the said parties of the
first part do hereby grant to the said party of the second part,
his heirs, executors, admi.nistrators and assigns, a permanent
easement and right-of-way for genera]. sewerage and utility pur-
poses over and upon the following described property, to-wit:
The South 15 feet of the follawing described

thereo~ recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 34,

~his Easement is to correct the erroneous des-
cription on that certain Easement recvrded in
Off icial Records Book 129, page 386, of the
Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Fl.orida.
T~he grantors, however, reserve the right at any and
all times to have free ar:d uni.nterrupted use and all general
purposes connected with the use of the grantors' adjoining land~,
their heirs, executors, administrators and a~signs,
