CONFIRMATORY ANd SUPPLEMENTAL
MORTGAGE DEED
AND
EXTENSION AGREEMENT
BY THIS INSTRUMENT, executed the ~ day of ~-E'-y -I ,
1965, by
FLOYD F. CONWAY and MARGARET E. CONS~AX, his wife, and
GEORGF W. CONWAY and CORRINNE ~ONWAY, his wife,
hereinafter called the mortgagors, and
PAUT~ H. LEFFMANN and THEO H. LE~'FMANN, his wife,
hereinafter called the mortgagees;
W I T IV E S S E: T H:
1. WHEREAS the mortgagors, being indebted to PALM
GROVE, INC., a Florida corpora~ion, in ths amount of $75,000,
did execute and deliver ~a PALM GRUVE, INC. their promissory note

in words and figures a~ follows:
$75,000.00 ~ October 26, 1963
As hereinaf~er stated, after date, I, we, or either of
u~, promise ta pay to the order of PALM GROVE, INC., at Room
1703 111 West Washington Street, Chicago 2, I1linois, the
sum of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND ~75,000.00} DOLLARS, for value
receivedP with interest a£ter da~e at the rate of Six (6$)
per cent per annum until paid~ interest payable annuall}•.
And each of us, whether maker, guarantor or endorser,
hereby severally waives and renounces any and a~l homestead
exemption rights we have under the Constitution or Laws of the
State of Florida, or any other State of the United States, as
against this note; and each further waives demand, notice of
non-payment and protest, and in event it becomes necessary to
collect this note through an Attorney, agrees to pay all costs
of collecti.on, including reasonable Attarney's fees.
If de£ault is made in any payment when du~, then at the
qption of the nolder, and without any other notice, all the
remaining balance shall be due and payable at ance.
The said principal sum shall be payable as follows:
$11,000.00 on October 26, 1964

$II,000.00 on October 26, 1966
$ 7,333.33 on October 26, 1967
$ 7,333.33 on Octobe= 26, 1968
