73 at Page 612, conveying the property specified in Subparagraph
(a) of ~aragraph V hereof; and
3. WHEREAS, PALM GROVE, TNC. did assiqn s~id mortgage
and said no~e to PAUL H. LEFFMANN and THEO H. LEFF!~iANN, his wife,
by assignment dated Auqust 1964, recorded as Document 128053
in sai.d Official Rec~~d Books of tihe Clerk af 5t. Lucie County,
and said PAUL H. LEFFM~ANN and THEO H. LEFFrSAPdN are the holders
an~ owne~es af said mortgage note; and
4. WHEREAS, the install.ment of pr~ncipal in ~he amounti
of $11,000 ~ayable upon saic~ note on October ?.6, 1964, duly was
paid, thereby reducing the principal th~reof from $75,000 to

$64,OQ0; and
5. WHEREAS, the rnortgagt~rs have def~ul~ed in the pay--
ment of the installment of principal and th~ intere5t 3ue under
