1. That the parties hereto, in cansideration of the covenants, agree-
mente and conditiouq hereinafter set forth, and in coneideration of the eum of

hereby acknowledged, atipulate and agrees as follc~ws:

Distributor until the original purchase price of shall be paid for in
accordance with the terms herein agreed upon: - *

3. The T~~aler also agrees to purchas~ from the Distributor for a
period of ~ year(s) from the date of this agreement a minimum of
22 85b gallons per year of Quaker State Motor Oil. For the purpoee
o t is agreement the puxcha$e of eight (8) pounda af grease shall be treated
ae the purchaae of one (1) gallan of oil. Dea.lex's liability far f~.ilure to purchase said
quantity is limitec~ to 10 cents per gallon as set forth in 5(b) below.
4. The Dealer agrees to pay for said motor oil at the current Qu~ker
State I~ealers' F'rice I,ist per gallcn in effect at time of purchase and far greaee
at the current Quaker State Dealere' Pr;.ce Liet per pound at time of purchase.
5. Said equipment ahall be pairl for by the Dealer ae follows:
f (a) The Diatributor agrees to give the Dealer a credit (against eaid
