It is further agreed th~t if at any time the I}ealer ehall euspend,
diacontinue, or fail to purchase t e a~r~ed yearly gallonage, the Distributor
can aak that th tire sum of $ ir Iess the applied book entry at ZQ'd
Cents per gallo shall become u~d'~yable by the Dealer to the ~
Diatributor, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the
Distributor ta enforce the provisiona hereof, and any Quaker State eigne~
decals, and other reference to Quaker State products ehall be removed
prnmptly fram the premises of the Dealer.
7. In the event that the Dealer fails to perforrn a11 of the Dealer'e
obligations under thia agreernent or in the event of the death, insolvency~
bankruptcy, receivership~ assignment far the benefit of creditors or failure
in bueiness of the Dealer or in th~ event any attachment ie placed upon the
Dea2er's property, the ~ntire unpaid balance of the equipment purchase price
ehall became due and payable at the electinn of the Distributor, tngeth~r wiLh
reaeonahle expenae af collecti.on, including attorney's fees, notwith~tanding
any waivers af previous defaults.
8. Thia agreement ahall be bi.ndfng upon the euccessore aradasaigr~a -
of both the Distributor and the Dealer. '

The undersi~ned otvner of Premises where a.bove listed equipment
is to be installed, k~~ving read the foregoing agreement, hereby
consenke to the inBtallation of su;.h equipment and agrees that such
equipment shall be exernpt frarn levy, eale, attachment ar distresc~,
for any rent due or t~ becorne due and that such praperty ma-~r be
removed at any tim~ without recovrse ta legal proceeding. Provided, how~ver,
any damage done to premises upor~ such removal shall be proY7iptly repaired by
