POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL M~N BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, WILLIAM
J. PIOWATY, a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Caunty,
Florida, United States of .America, have rnade, cor:stitut~d
and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute
and appoznt JAMES W. PIOWATY, 1110 South 11th Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida, my true and lawful attorney to act in,
manage and conduct all of my estate and all of my affairs,
and for the purpose for myself and in my name, places and
stead, for my use and beriefit, as my acts and deeds, to
do and execute, or to concur with persons jointly interest-
ed with myself therein in the daing or executing of, all a~
any of, the following acts, deeds and things that is ~o say:
l. To buy, receive, lease, accept or atherwi~e ac-
quire; to sell, convey, mortgage, hypothecate, pledge, quit-
claim or otherwise encumber or dispose of; or to contract
or agree far the acquisition, disposal or encumbrance of
any propvrty whatsoever, or any custody, po~session, interest
or right; therein upon such terms as my said attorney shall
think porper;
2. To take, hold, passess, invest, lease or let, or
otherwise manage any or all of my property or any interest
therein; to eject, remove or relieve tenants ar other per-
sons from, and recover possession of, such praperty by all
lawful means, and to mai.ntain, protect, pres~rve, insure,
remove, store, transpart, repair, rebuild, rnodify, or im-
pzove the same or any part thereof;
3. To make, do and transact all and every kind of
busa.ness of what natur~ or kind soever, including the re-
ceipt, recovery, ~ollection, payment, compro:nise, settlernent
and adjustment af all accounts, legacies, bequests, interests,
dividends, annuities, demands, debts, taxe~, and obligations,
which may now or hereatter be due, owing or payable by me
ar to me;
4. To make endarse, accept, receive, sign, seal, exe-
cute, acknowledge and deliver I7eeds, assignment~, Agreem~nts,
Satisfactions, Certificates, hypothecations, checks, notes,
bands, vauchers, receipts and such other instruments in
writing af wlia~ever kind and nature as may be necessary, ccn-
venient, az proper in the premise~;
5. To deposit and withdraw for the purposes hereQf;
in either my said at~arney's name or my name, in or fxom any
