Rights, The foregoing description conveys a strip of
I land 55 feet in widtr, running from the East right-of-
I way line of Florida East Coast Railway tio the West
shore of the Indian River, less all right-of--way far
public roads.
There is also granted unto the grantees herein a
right of easement in order to reach that portion
of. the Savanna lying due West of the above described
property.
