Hereby grant unto CITY a perpetual drainage easernent en-
compa~sing the above-described property.
2. That CITY has been furnished by WALLY a Title In-
surance Policy running in favor of City shawing no recorded
liens or interests which would be superior to t~ze inter~st
of C~TY ir~ said perpetual drainage easement property.
3. '~hat CITY accepts this perpetual drainage easement
subject to the provisions contained in Resolution No. 65-~56
adopted by the City of Fort Pierce on February 1965 and
furthermore, CZTY agrees to permit WALLY or assigns to in-
stall the water conducting condui~ and all the aggurtenances
referred to directly and by reference in said Resolution No.
65-56, a true r_opy whereof is attach~d hereto and by reference
made a part hereof.
7St WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this drainage easement and agreement according to ~he laws
o£. -t~.~~ S~at~ af Florida.
