No building other than one ~,rivate dwelling and garage (carporte) shall be erected ori this lr~t. No tent, trailer, or any temporary type of strvcture shall be used as a residence, and the lot shall not be used for storing~,any materials except construction in progiess. 6. No fence, wall, hedge, trees or shrubs which obstruct ~~ision betv~•een 2 and 6 feet abo~~e road- ~~ays w•ill be permitted on any corner lot. And any fence, hedge or shrubberr on a~~aterfront site that is ~;~ithin 30 feet of the vvater line can not exceed three feet in height. 7.
