ADMINISTRATRIX'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executsd the ~t5_~~ day of October, 1965,
Betwe~n YOLANDA H. G~+GNON, as Administratrix of the Estate of
Fred Boromei, deceas~d, pa~ty of the first part, and~JOSEPFi
K08AN and ANNA K08AN, husband and wife, party of the secanci
part, whose postoffice address is P. O. Box 542, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part on the 29th day
of September, 1965, by petition applied to the County Judge in and
for Okeechobee County, Flarida, for authority to sell cer~ain real
estate in St, Lucie County, Florida, hereinaft~r described, averririg
it is necessary and expedient to sell the same and also each and
every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer in said peti~ion having
appeared to and found by said Judge to L~e reasonable and just and
said petition true and the sale to be to the best intezest of s~id
estate, said Court rendered the Order dated t'he 29th day of Sept-- •
ember, 1965, directing said party of the first part to sell the
said real estate at private sale for the sum of Thirteen ~housand
Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) cash; and said Court ~,eing fully
advised in the premises found that the price offered for said real
esta~e was fair and reason~able such as the interest of said estate
required, by Order rendered on the 29th day of September, 1965,
authorized petitioner to execute a deed to the said party of the
second parti the real esta~e hereinafter des~ribed, for the gurpose
of paying outstar_ding indebtedness against said estate;
Now, Therefare, in cansideration of ~he premises and the
sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dc~l~.ars ($13,500.00), cash
in hand paid, saic party of the first part hereby grants,bargains,
# sells, aliens, r~mids~, releases, conveys and con~irms unto the
said party of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns
forever, that certain Iand in said ~vunty of St. I,ucie, State of
Florida, ciescribed as follaws: _ `
