To Have and To Hold the same unto the sai.d party af the
se~ond part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party af the first part doth hereby eovenant
to and with th~ sa~d party of the second part, their hei.rs and
assigns, that in a11 things preliminary to and in and about the
sale and this conveyan~e the orders of said Court and the Ia~as of
Florida have been fol~owed and ~omplied w~th in all respects.
