RESOLUTZON NO. 65-20
Wf~EREAS, W~1I.~D0 H. 7AND~R ~nd MARGARET ZANDER, hi s
wife, have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida, to vacate:
That part of the plat of North Branch Fruit
Farms as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 22,
Public Recc~rds of St. Lucie County, Florida,
lying Sauth of Lot 10 and West of the Wester-
ly right-of-way line of the Southerly exten-
sion of the road lying an i:.he East side of
Lot 1.U in 5ection 23, Township 37 South,
Ranqe 40 East, '
and
WFiEREAS, notice of intention to apply to said Board of
County Commissioners ~.o vacate said part of said plat was
giv~n by legal notice puk~lished on Octc~ber 23, 1965 and
November 1, 19E~5, in The News Tribune, a daily newspaper pub-
lished in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, F'lorida, and
WFiEREAS, said p~~itioners have shown conclusively that
they are the owners in fee simple of a~l the ?ots and blocks
in that portian of said subdivision sough~. to be vacated;
that the vaca~ion by said Board of the part sought to b~
vacated will not affect the ownership of persoris owning o~her
parts of said suk~division; and that all taxes fc~r the year 1905
and prior years have been paid.
NOW~ THEREFORE f BE ~T RESOLVED by the 13oarc? of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 16th day of Nqvember, 1965, as folZows:
1. That pursuant to trie provisions of Section 192.29
and 192.3G, ~'iari~a Statutes:

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
