CANTR~ICT FOR SALE

in consideration of the aum of $10.00 rec~ived from JANiES CURRY and

January, 1965, agree to se11 to the Buyera, and the Bupers hereby
agree to buy from the 0?mer, ~for the Purchase price of $15,010.00(of
which tha conaideration paid for this contract ia a part), the real
property in St. Lucie Countq, Florida, described as:

and further agree that:
