MORT~AGE MODIFICATION
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCSE COUNTY,
Florida, a corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the
United States of America, hereby does modify that rprtain Mortgage dated
November 17, 1965, and recorded in O.R. Book 131, at pages 19~-199, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, by releasing therefrom
the following property which was erroneously included therein, and in
all other respects and regards said Mortgage shall remain unchanged,
unm~dified, and in fu11 force and effect. And the real praperty which
is hereby .released as being erroneously included in said Mortg~age is as
follows:
Lot l, and West 65 feet of Lo~ 6, Biock 2, of
GOLFVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 36, of the public records of ,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
