mainien~nc~ ~d upkeeF~ l:ereby authorize and give my (our) consent to the follow~ing:
1. Whenever GENERAL. DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, shali netify
the undersigned in writing at the address indicated beiow (or at such other addrsss as may be desig-
r.::'ed by the unciersigned from time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable stafe oi
appearc~nce ~d repair ca;isistent with ttie general appearance and state of repczir of ather properties
witiiin ttie immediate vici;::ty, the undersigned agrees to ~ccomplish the required repa~irs, rnaintenance,
etc., set forth in said r,otice wittiin 15 days after receipt of same.
2. If the tu~d~rsigned shall fail or refuse to accomplish th~ required repairs or maintencmce,
etc., urithin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns,
c~cting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises fc~r the purpose of doing
the necessc~ry work. Provided, however, thctt such wo; k shall be limited to lawn cmd ycu~d maintenc~ce
to prevent cm overgro~,vn or unkempt appec~ance, ar~d to painting ~d minor repctirs to the e~cterior of
the building o: buildings, situated on the premises in arder to prevent an unsightly ar unsafe mnditicrn.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessars or assigns, in bringing abaut cmd accamplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under-
signeci agrees to make payment thereof within 10 days after dem~d. Provided, however, thctt demcmd
ior payment shall not exceed actual costs ar expenses incurred.
4. In the event that t.~e undersigned shall fail or refuse to make paymen4 of the actual costs or
e:::;enses incurred, then, and ir. that event cniy, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
:~~ssora or assians, may undertake collection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
