Whenever GENERAL. If the tu~d~rsigned shall fail or refuse to accomplish th~ required repairs or maintencmce, etc., urithin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, c~cting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises fc~r the purpose of doing the necessc~ry work. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- cessars or assigns, in bringing abaut cmd accamplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under- signeci agrees to make payment thereof within 10 days after dem~d. Provided, however, thctt demcmd ior payment shall not exceed actual costs ar expenses incurred. 4.
