THAT the said Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.Q0) in hand paid by the said Grantee, and other valuable con~sideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknor+ledged, hereby grants, bargains, and sells to the said
Grantee and his successors in such office, as auch, forever, the folZowing described
land in the County of St. Lucie , State of Flor' d , to-wit~

according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 4~, ~f
the Public Recorc~s of St. Lucie County, Florida
TOGETHER with the fol.lowing item of property which is located in the
mortgaged property and permanently installed as part of the improvements

TO HAVE and to hold the above described property, with appurtenancess unto
the said Grantee and his successors in such office, as such, forever.
GF2ANTORS hereby specially warrant the title to said lands and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of any person whomsoever, claiming by, through, or
under the said Grantorso
