that while no power of attorney from said Lessee, Sun Oil Company,
to said Ag~nt and Attorney-i~-Fact, is cf record in the public
records of St. Lucie Coun~y, ~'lorida, said Lessee, Sun Oil Company

said Lease, has made no payments of rent nor for any other purpose
