to administer oaths and take acknowledgments in the state and
county aforesaid, personally appeared FLORENCE M. JONES,
formerly FLORENCE M. McCORMIC who, after being first duly
cautioned and sworn, says that on or about February 20, 1925,
she and her husbar.d, W. P. McCORMIC, took title to that certain

and ~ha~t the said W. P. McCORMIC is the same as WILLIAM PINKNEY
McCORMIC who died in S~. Lucie County, Florida, an or about
June y, 1952, and that she was appointed Fxecu~rix of the estate
af the said WILLIAM PIN~CNEY McCORMIC an or about Augu~t 5, 1952,
and that the said W:LLLIAM PINKNEY McCaRMIC is one and thz same
person as W. P. McCORMIC.
