Paragraph (a)(1) of the "Together with" clause hereof is hereby moc3ified to the Extent that the mortgagor does her2by mortc~age, tran5fer, set over, assign and pledge unto the mortgagee all citrus crops now and hereafter growiny on said premises, hereby giving and granting unto the mortgagee a first and prior lien thereon, provid~d, however, that such lien ~hall be ancl is hereby expressly made subject ar~d subordina~.e to an~~ crop mortgage securing ~ loan made by a recognized Production Credit Association covering any citrus crop whi~h comes into existence by bloom ~ prior to forer_losure sale under this mortgage.
