G[)ARDIAN' S DEED
THI S INDENTURE, executed the v~ /~day of November, 1965 ,
between JACKSON B. KING, as Guardian of the Estate of RAYMOND
DENNISON, party nf ~he first part, and JAKE REDDICK, whose mailing
address is 811 North 13tr. Street, Fort Pi~:ce, Florida, party of
the secand part,
WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part, JACKSON B. KING,
on the 23rd day of November, 1965, by petition applied to the County
Jucige in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell
certain real estate in said County hereinafter describe~, averring
it is necessary and expedient to sell the same and also each and
every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer ~n said petition having
appeared to and found by said Judge to be reasonable and just and
said petition true an~ the sale to the be~t interest of said RAYMOND
UEi~NISON, said Court rend+ered the order dated the 23rd day of Novem-
ber, 19b5, directing said party of the first part tc sell the said
real estate at pra.vate sale, ~he said party of the first part h~ving
contracted to sell the said real estate to the said party of the
secand part for the sum of ~velve Thousand Five Hundred ($12,500.00)
D~llars, to be paid a~ follows:
$3,625.00 at the time of closing and the balance
af $8,875.00 payable in five (5) equal annual ~
installments.
And sai~ par.ty o.f the fir~t part having reported said contrac~. to
said Court, and said Court being fully ar3vised in the premises found
that the price offered for said real estate and said contract fair
and reasonable, and the conditions of such sale such as the interest
c~f saict RAYMOND DENNISON required, by order rende.red on the 23rd day
~f November, 1965, ratified said contra~t of sale of the real estate
as hereinaLter set £orth.
NOW, THEF2EFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
cf Thr~e Thausand Six Hundred Ztventy-Five ($3,625.00) Dollars, in
hand paid, said party of the first part hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said
party of ~he second part, and to hi~ heirs and assigns forever, that
certain land in said County of St. Lucie, ~fi.ate of Florida, described
as f~~~ laws:

Fa rns Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 5, of tne public records of St. Lucie
Caunty, Florida.
TUGE:TEi~R with a11 and sinc~ular the tenements, hereditaments
and appur~enanc~s thereunto belonging or ir. anywise appertaining. ~
`TO iiAVE Ai~D TO HOLD the same unto the sai.d party of th~ s~cond
~art, and to his he~rs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part dath hereby covenar,t to
and with the said par.ty of the secand pari:, his heirs and assigns,
~hat in all things preliminary to and in and about sai.d sale and
this conveyance the orders of said Court and the laws of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
