JAMES VIRG~L CAUSEY, d/b/a CAUSEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
(not Yncorp.), whose business address is 2320 N. W. 38th
Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, being duly
sworn hereby siles this amendment i:o that certain claim of
lien filed on Augiist 10, 1965, in Official Record Book 124,
page 342, of the Public Records of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida,
to-wit:
That in pursuance of a contract wi~h Go~ham Construct.ion
Comp~ny, I iurnished labor, services and materials, earth-
moving, grading, land levelling and allied services and pro-
ceedures, the reasonable value of which was $26,335.34, on
the fcllowing described real proz~erty in St. Lucie ~'ounty,
Florida:
A subdivisi~n comprising all of Section 29,
W 1/2 of Sec. 30 LESS W 75 feet, and the W
1/2 of Sectinn 31 LESS W 75 feet and Right
of way to Central and South Florida I'lood
Control District and all of Sectian 32 LESS
Right of Way to Central and South Florida
Flood Controi District, all being in. TWP 37,
Range 39 (Recorded in Plat Bnok 12, Page 50),
which said prcperty is and was awned by Blue Goose Growers, .
Inc., and wh~se interest in such real property is fee simple.
He further says that the first item of labor, services,
c~r mate~ials was ~erformed and furnished on the 20~h day ~f
February, 1965, and that the last item of labor, service5
and materials was ~erformed and furnished on the 25th day
of May, 1965, and of the reasonable vaiue of the improvements,
there is unpaid tl~ze amount of $6,052.50, for which amount he .
claims a lien on the real property herein described.
