Brotman and Claire Brotman being the sole stockholders and the sole
directors of said Florida Homesites, Inc. , on the date of dissolutioa),
hereinafter c~lled the grantors, to JUNE E. KR,APPE, whose postoffice
address is 3 Lake ~-i,oad , Nor'th Branford, Connecticut, hereinafter•
cailed the grantee:
WITIVESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt wllereof is
herehy acknowledged, hereby grant, t~argain, sell; alien, remise, re-
leas~, conv~y and canfirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
in 5t. Lucie Caunty, Fiorida, viz:
Lot 20, Block 16 as shown on the Plat of PARADISE
PARK which is on file in Plat Book 8, at page 17 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
S U B J E C T to covenants and restrictions as to use
more particularly set forth and described in deed
recorded in Deed Book 1~4, pages 5 51 and 5 52,
Vvhich deed is supplemented and corrected by this
conveyance as hereinafter set forth.
