pages ~51 and 552, the said Florida Homesites, Inc. , sought to convey
the hereinbefore described lot to Lester L. Wheeler and Evelyti G.
4~+heeler in an estate by the entirety; however, through scrivener's error
the grantees of said deed were therein designated as "Lester L. Wheeier
oi- ~:velyn G. ~L~heeler", "I'hat the said Lester L. Wheelei- died in Noc-walk,
Connecticat, on October• 7, I963, leaving a last will in and by which he
named his tivife, Evelyn G. V~`heeler•, as executrix thereof and beneficiary
of his Y~esiduary estate, which included his interest in the premises above
described, Said will ~vas admitted to prob~te on ~io~~emUer 5, 1963, and
Evelyn G. Wheeler ~~ras approved as executrix thereaf on Not~ember
1963. Srie continued as such executrix until she c~ied or~ August 26, 1964.
Frederick Lovejoy, Jr. , of \or~ti~alk, Cannecticut, was appointed as ad-
mi nistrator c, t, a. b, n. , to complete P~er dutie~. He did so and filed
his accounting which ~~~as allow-~~d on January 14, 1565. Evelyn G. Wheeler
left a will which named City Trust Company, a Conriecticut banking cor-
poration wi~h a place of business in ~orwalk, Connecticut, to b~ the
executor. Her will was admitted to probate on Sept ember 1, 1964.
Said City 'I'rust Comnany qualified as exezutor a~d is still acting as such.
June E. Krappe, of 3 Lake Road, North Ba•anford, Cannecticut, is the
daughter and only child of both I~ester L. `tiVheeler and Evelyn C~. Wheeler
and is the sole beneficiary of the residuary estate of Evelyn G. Wheeler,
which includes the premises above described. T~e foregoing statement
~f facts appear by the records of the Court of Probate for the District of
Norwalk, Connecticut, a c~ur~ of record, and the proper court having
jurisdictinn of the estates of both Lester L. LVhe~ler and Evelyn G.
V6'heeler.
