No building other than one private dwelling and garage (carporte) shall be erected or? this lot. No drainage may be locatec! within 25 feet of an adjoir~ing lot, 50 feet of a~vaterfront lot, ar 50 feet of any ~vell. 5. h'o tent, trailer, or any temporary type of structure shall be uaed as a residence, and the iot shall not be used for storing~ny materials except construction in progress. 6. ?~'o fence, wall, hedge, trees or shrubs whieh obstruct visio : bet~~~een 2 a~~d 6 feet above road- «~ays will be permitted on any cor;ier lot.
