conveyance is made to a successor or succ;essors in trust, that such successor

with all the title, estate, rights, powers, duties and obliyations of the said pre-
d~cessor in trust.
Any contract, obligation ar indebtedness incurred or entered into by
ti~e Trustee in connection with said real estate may be ent.~red in±o by it in the
name of the then benefici~ries under said Trust I:greement arid Declaratien of
Trust, as their attorney in fact, here}~y irrevocably appointed for such purpose,
or, at the election of s~id Trustee, in its own name as T;ustee of an ~xpress
trust and not individually and the Trustee shall have no obligation whatsoever
with resr~ect to any such contract, obligation o: indebtedness ~xcept only so far
as the trust or~perty and funds in the actual possession of the Trustee shall be
applicable for the payment and dischac•ge thereof, and all persons and corpora-
tions wt-iomsoever and ~vhatsoevc~r shall be charged with notice of this condition
from the date of the filing for record ~f this Deed .
The interest ai each and every beneficiary hereunder and under the
Trust Agreement and Dec?aration of Trust hereinbefore referred to and of all per-
sons claiming under them or ~3ny af them shall be only in the earnings , avails
and proceeds arising from the sale or other disposition of said real estate, and
such~ interest is hereby aeclared to be personal propnrty, and no ~eneficiary hEre--
uncier shall have any title cr ir,ter~st, legal or equitable, in or to said real es-
t?te as such but only ar. interest in the earnings, avails and proceeds thereof as
aioresaid.
i:~nd the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title t~ said real estat~ and
~vill ;.iefena the same against the lawiul claims of all persons vrhom~a°ver.
