This conti~eyance is made subject to the folloa~ing canciitions and restrictions which shall he can-

1. No building other than one private dweiling and garage (carporte) shall be erected on this lot.

within 9 months.

30 feet of the water line can not exceed three feet in height.
7. No accivity witl be permitted which is a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood. Household
pecs are pe~mitted if not maintained for any commercial purpose.
8. No sign can be displayed except one professional siKn or a"Sale" or "Kent" siKn of not more
