2. If the undersigred shall fail or refuse to accomplish the required tepairs or mainten~ce,
etc., ithin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or crssigns,
acting by and th:cugh its duly rruLhorized agents may come upcn the premises for the purpose of ~oing

the building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses uicurred by GENERAL DEVELOPM£NT CORPC)RA'I`ION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, in bringing about c~nd acc:omplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under-
s;~ned agrees to make payment thereof within 10 days after demand. Provided, however, thctt demcmd
for ~yment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred.
4. In thn event that t}~e unde*signed shall fail o: refuse to make payment of the crct~sal costs or
e::;:F~nses incurred, then, and in that event only, GE`~ER~;L DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
