INDENTURE, dated as of the first day of Decembez, 1965, macie and

tion of the State af Florida, whose post office address is 4200 F1agler Street,
?~iiami, Florida 33134 (hereinafter sometimes called the Company), party
of the first part, and BANxExs Txusr CoMrax~, a corporation of the State
of New York, whose post office address is Sixteen Wall Street, New York,
New York 10015 (hereinafter sometimes called the Cr~rporate Trustee), and
~IE FT.ORIDA NATIONAL $ANK OF JACKSONVILL~, a nat~onal banking asso-
ciation arganized and existing under the Iaws of the United States of Arnerica,
whase past office address is Jacksonvitle, Florida (hereinafter sometimes
called the Co-Trustee), parties of #he second part (the Corporate Trustee
and the CaTrustee being hereinafter together sometimes called the Trustees),
as Trustees under the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of 7anuary l,
1944 (hereinafter called the Mortgage), which Mortgage was executed and
delivered by Florida Power ~ Light Campany to secure the payment of bonds
issued or to be issued nnder and in accordance with the provisions of the
Mortgage, reference to which said Morigage is hereby made, this Indenture
(hereinaft~r called the Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture) being supplemen-
tal thereto,
