~ W~~AS, said NYortgage was or will be recorded in the various counties
in the Statc vf Florida in which this Sixte~nth Supplemental Tndenture is
recorded from time to time; and
W~attEAS, by the Mortgage, the Company covenanted that it would
execute and delivor such supplemental indenture or indentures and such
further instnzments and do such further acts as might be necessary or proper
to cazry out more effectually the purposes af the Mortgage and to make
subject to the Lien of the Mortgage any property tbereafter acquired and
intended to be subject ta ttte Lien ttiereof, and the Company eaecuted and
cielivered ta the Trustees a First Supptemental Indenture, dated as of July
1, 1947 (hereinafter called the First Supplemental Indenture); a Second
Supplemental Indenture, dated as of June 1, 1948 (hereinafter calI~d the
Second Supplemental Indenture) ; a Third Supplemental Indenture, dated
as of June 1, 1949 (hereinafter called the Third Supplemental Indenture);
a Fourkh Supplemental Indenture, dated as of N~vember 1, 1951 (hereinafter
called the Fourth Supplemental Indenture); a Fifth Supplemental Indenture,
dated as c# April 2, 1953 (hereinafter called the Fifth Supplemental Inden-
ture) ; a Sixth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 1, 1954 (here-
inaf ter calTed the Sixth Supplemental Indenture a Seventh Supplemcntal
Lndenture, dated as of April 1, 1956 (hereinafter called the Seventh S7,ipple-
mental Indenture); an Eighth Suppl~rnental I~denture, dated as of Decem-
ber 1, 1956 (hereinafter called the Eighth Supplemental Indenture); a Ninth
Supplemental Indenture, dated as of May 1, 1957 (hereinafter called the
' Ninth Supplemental Indenture); a TEnth 5upplemental ~ndenture, dated as
