Indenture, dated as of Ivrarch 1, 1965 (hereinafter called the Fifteenth Sup-
plemental Indenture), which supplemental indentures were recordod in
various counties in the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, 'vn addition to the property described in the Moxtgage, as
supplemented, the Company has acquired certain other property, rights and
interests in property; and
WHEREAS, the Company has herctofore issuai, in accordance with the
provisions of the Mortgage, as supplemented, bonds of a series ~ntitled and
designated First Mortgage Bands, 3xh °!o Series due 1974 (hereinafter called
bonds of the First Series), in the aggregate principal amount of Fnrty-five
Million Dollars (~45,000,00!~), of which Thirty-nine Million Five Hundred
Eighty-three Thousand Dollars ($39,583,d00) aggregate priacipal amount
will be Outstanding at the time of the initial i9sue of bonds of the Seventeenth
Series hereinafter mentioned; bo~ds of a series entitled and designated First
Mortgage Bonds, 3% Series due 1977 (hereinafter called bonds of the
Second 5eries), in the aggregate principal amaunt af Teg Miilion I)oIlars
($10,000,000), all of which are nQw Outstanding; bonds of a series entitled
and designated First Mortgage Bonds, 33/s % Series duc 1478 (hereinafter
calDed bonds of the Third Series), in the aggregate ptincipal amount of Eleven
Million Dollars ($11,000,000), atl af which are now Outstanding; bonds of
a series entitled and designated First Mortgage Bonds, 3% Series due 19"I9
(hereinafter ca2led bands of the Fourth Series), in the aggregate principal
amount af Ten Million Dollars ($lO,OQ~0,000), all of which are naw Outstand-
