pledged, set over or confirmed by the Company as aforesaid, or intended so

(to the extent of its le~al capacity to hold the same far the purposes hereof)
to Bankers Trust Company, tl~e Corporate Trust~e, arzd its and tl~eir successors
and assigns forever.
Ix TRUST NEVERTH~LESS, far the same purposes and upon the same
terms, trusts and conditions and subject ta and with the same grovisos and
covenants as are set farth in the Mortgage, as heretofore suppiemented, this
5ixteenth Supplemental Tndenture being supplemental thezeta.
AhD ir is xEx~aY covExAhr~D by the Company that all the terms, con-
ditioz~s, provisos, covenants and provisions contained in the Mortgage shall
affect a.nd apply to the property hereinbefore described and conveyed and to
the estate, rig_hts, obligations and duties of the Company and Trustees
and the beneficiaries of the trust with respect to s~id property, and to the
'lr'rustess and their successors as Trustees af said property in the same manner
and with the same effect as if the said property had been owned by the Com-
pany aC the time af the executian of the Mortgage, and had been specific~lly
and at length describeci in and conveyed to said Trusiees, by the Mortgage as
a~art of the property :h~rein stated to be conveyed.
The Company further covenants and aarees to and with the Trustees
and thcir successors in said trust under the ~Viortga~e, as follaws:
