Miscellaneons Prov~isions.
SE:c~ria;v 4. Subject to the amend~nents provided for in this Sixteentb
Supplemental Indenture, the terms defined in the Mortga~e, as heretofore `
supplemented, shall, for all p~:rposes of this Sixteenth Supplemental Inden-
ture, have the meanings specified in the Mortgage, as heretofore suppl~mented.
SECTION 5. Section 55 of the Mortgage, as heretoforc amended, is
hcreby further arnended to insert the words "and subject to the provisions
of Section 2 of the Sixteenth Supplemental Tndenture dated as of December 1,
1955", afte: the words "and subj~ct to the provisic~ns of Section 2 of the
Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture dated as of March 1, 1965".
SECTIO:~I 6. The Trustees hereby accept the trust herein declared, pro-
~~ided, created or supplernented and agree ta perform the same upon the terms
and ccnditions herein and in the Mortgage, as heretofore supplemented, set
forth and u~on the follo~ving terms and conditions:
The Trustees shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for or
in respe~~t of the validity or sufliciency of this Sixteenth Supplemental Inden-
ture or for in respect of the recitals cantained herein, all of which recitals
are macie by the Company solely. In general each and every term and
c~n~iitian contained in Article XVII of the Mortgage, as heretofore amended,
shall apply to and form part of this 5ixteenth Supplemental Indenture with
the same farce and :.ffect as if the same were herein set forth in full with such
omissions, variations and insertions, if ~ny, as may be appropriate to make the
same conform to the provisions of this Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture.
Sf:crior~ 7. ~Vhenever in. this Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture either
of the parties hereto is named or referred to, this shall, subjeGt ta the provi-
~ sions of Articles XVI and XVII of the Mortgage, as heretofore amended, be
deemed to include the successors and assigns of such party, and all the cove-
