nants and agreements in this Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture contained by
or on t~ehaSf of the Company, or by or on behalf of the Tnrstees, or either
of tnem, shall, subject as aforesaid, bind and inure to the respec~ive benefits
of the respective successors and assigns of such parties, whether so e~pressed
or nat.
SECTIOh 8. Nuthing in this Sixteenth 5upplemental Indenture,
expressed or implied, is intended, or shall be construed, to confer upan, or to
give to, any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties hereto and
the holders of the bonds and coupons Outstanding ur.dzr the Mortgage, any
riaht, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Sixteenth Sunplemental
Indenture or any covenant, condition, stipulation, promise or agreement
hereof, and all the cavenants, conditions, stipulations, promises and agree-
ments in this Sixteenth 5upplemental Indentur~ contained by or on behalf
of the ~Campany shal! be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties
hereto, anti of the holders of the bonds and coupons Outstanding under the
Mortgage.
SECTION 9. This Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture shall be executed
in several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which
srall constitute but ene and the samz instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Florida Power & Light Company, party hereto
of the first part, has caused its corporate name to be hereunto affixed, and
this instrument to be signed and sealed by its President or one of its Vice-
Presidents, and its corporate seal to be attested by its Secretary or ane of its
Assistant Secretaries for and in its behalf, and Bankers Trust Company, one
of the parties hereto of the second part, has caused its corporate name to be
hereunto afFixed, and this instrument to be signed and sealed by ane of its
Assistant Vice Presidents, and its corgorate seal to be attested by ane of
its Assistant Secretaries, and The Florida National Bank of Jacksonville, one
of the parties hereto of the second part, has caused its corpc~rate name to be
hereunto affixed; and this instrument to be si~ned and se~led by its President
