RESOLUTION NO. 65- 22
WHEREAS, the St. .Lucie County P1.anning and Zoning Com-
mission, after holdinc~ a public hearing of which due notice
was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hear-
ing and all propzrty owners within 300 feet were notified by
mail of said hearing, has recommerided to the Board of County
Commissioners of Si~. Lu:.ie County that the tiereinaftier de-
scribed reque~ts for a change in zoning classification be
granted; and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a pub-.
li~ hearing on s~id recommendation on November 23, 1965, after_
first publishing notice of said h~aring in Tne News Tribune
on the 5th day of November, 1965, said date being at least
fifteen (15) days prior to the date of ~aid hearing:
NOWl THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the F3oard ~f Commis-
sior,ers of St. Lucie County in meeting assemk~led this 7th
~~ay af December, 1965, that the zoning of tl-?e following de-
scrik~ed property, to-wi~:
Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 2, WESTW~OD SUB-
DIVISZON, according to the plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 6, Page 17 of the
public records of St. Lucie County,
Flarida
be and the same is hereby changed from R-1C (one-family dwel--
iing) to B-4 (gener~.~l business) .
