in that certain Warranty Deed dated October 8, 1957, ~i.led
Oc~ober 10, 1957, recorded under Clerk's Fi1z No. GG-15?983,
wher~in the following described property was conveyed:
Lot 26, iri Block 104, of FIFTH ADDITION TO PALM SPRINGS,
SECTION THREE, aceording to the Plat the~eof, as recorded
in Plat Book F~5, at Page 33, of the Publ.ic Records of_ Dade
County, Florida.
3. That on Octob~r 8, 1957, and at a11 times there~fter until
the date of death of the said CHARL~S A. COCHR,ANE, a/'k/a CHARLES
ANDREW C~CHRANE, Affiant and the said CHARLES A. COCHRI~NE, a/`k/a
CHARLES ANDREW CC~CHI~ANE, were continuously husband az~d wife and
that such r~latianship was continuous and uninterrupted until the
date of death of the said CHARLES A. COCHRANE, a/k/a CHARI,ES ANDREW ,
