shall nat be deemed a~vavier of a ri~ht to do so thereafter as to the same, a prii~r, ar ~ubsequent brexch,
and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce an;: re~triction herein.
16. All ~~f the co~•enants znd restrictian, ::hall remain in f~rce until January l., 1968, and shall be
automatieall~~ rene~ti~eci for each 5~•e~r periocl thereafter unless owners of at least t~;•o-thirds of the lots in
the de~•elapment :hall, at least ~ix months ~rior to an~~ such rene«~al date, a~ree in ~i•r:ting to a change in
or an abrogation of ari~• of the ~ibo~•e co~~enant~, ~3nd records such ~vriting so amending the aforesaid
