Lessee covenants ~nd a~rees th~t it will eompl;~ with and
~bserve all la.ws, statutes, ordinancas, re~ulations and legal req~zire-
ments relating to its use uf s ai3 premise~ and to the bus ~ ness to be
con~ucted ther~on; and that it will not nermit or suffer said ~remises
to be used for the pur•pose o~' carrying on any illegal business or oc-
cupation.

Lessor hereby warrants and defends unto Lessee, a~ainst the
