BREACH OR DEFATILT:
In the event Lessee shall be in default in the payment of
r~entals or other char~es hereunder, or othervQise shall bre~ch its
c~~venants or obligations hereunder, and shall remain ir~ default fcr
a period of thirty (30) days a£tsr notice from Le~so~ to it of sii~h
