LEO J. GUETTLER, sometimes known as LEO J. GUETTLER, SR.,
who after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath says: my
name is LEO J. GUETTLER and I am sometirnes known as LEO J.
GUETTLER~ SR.; affiant f~:rther states tha~. I am the grantor
in that certain Warranty D~ed dated March 13, 1952, filed
March 14, 1952 in Deed Book 171, at Page 563 of the public ,
records af St. Lucie County, Florida. In said deeci affiant
was re~erred to err_~neously as Administrator of the Estate
of Rosalie Kathryn Guettler, Dece~sed, as affian~ was never
appointed Administrator of said decedent's estate and fu~rther-
more affiant states that said decedent died without a Will
and na admini.stration of her estate was ever had; affiant
further states that the Rasilae Kathryn Guettler, grantee in
deed recorded in Daed Book 84, at Page 195 of the public re-
? cards af St. Lucie Caunty an Octoher 2, 1933 was one and the

same person as Rosalie Kathryn Guettler, and that she was the
wife of affiant on September 26, 1933 and continuously until

the date of her death, December 19, 1935. Affiant further

affiant's marriage to Rosalie Kath~yn Guettler:
