under that certain Trust dated November 24, 1953; parties of the
first part, and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Successor Trustee under agreement with R. N.
KOBLEGARD, SR. and ROSE M. KOBLEGARD d~t~d November 24, 1953, for
the benefit of WENDELL MAY KOBLEGARD, party of the second part,
WITI~ESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and
in cansideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other.
val~uable considerations to them in hand paid by the said party
