8, The ren~.s and profits of the mortgagPd property
are also hereby mortgaged, and if proceedings to foreclose ~his
mor~ga~e shall be in5tituted, the Caurt having jurisdiction
thereof shall appoint a receiver of the mortgaged praperty,
and apply those rents and profits to the indebtedness hereby
secured, regardless of the solvency of the mortgag~r or the ade-
quacy of the security.
