the abave described property in good order is nereby acknowled3ed by me. I represent that the amount of the allowance obove set forth for
the mobile no~ne trade-in is the monetary value thereof assigned hereto in go~d faith ond that no extension of credit, other than the exten-
sion herein set forth, exists or is to be made by ms in connection with the purchose of the mobile home above described.
If ony of said instalments is not paid when due, or if I am otherwise in defoult vnder this contract, then all unpaid instalments shall im-
medietely become due at the option oF the holder hereof without notice or demand. It is agreed thot any portion of this contract not valid
under the laws af the 5tate of NewYoric ore null ond void, being that such involidity shall not affect the remainder of contract. I admit that
this contract is being assignec; to the Niagara Discount, lnc., as of this date and 1 bind myself to all of the obligations set Forth in the
Statement of Additional Covenants of the Bvyer set forth on the revene side hereof which 1 agreed shall constitute o port aF this contract.
I hereby irrevocablynppoint the holder hereof as my lawful attorneyand agent to execute financing stataments on my behalf, ond hereby
o~thorize holder to f~le on my behalf si~ch financing statements in any appropriote public office ond i~ oddition, authorize holder to file
one or more finoncing stotements signed by holder only to perfect the security interest to the property created. in order to avoid expense, ~
request that no satisfaction be file~ and in consideration of the eliminotion of charge for filing satisfaction, waive any riqhts as ayainst the
holder ~with regard thereto under opplicoble law.
