For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to tha order of

Each installrt~ent first shall be applied in the payment of the interest a~nd then on the unpaid balance
of the principal sum. If default is made ir~ the paymenfi of any installment when due, then at the option of
the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
I Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend i
the time of maturity of any subsequent insiallment. Neithet forbearance, nor acceptance by the holcier
heseof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, pratest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extensian of time of payment, either before
or aftar maturity, without notice To any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefii of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each S*ate of the United States, as against this obligation ar I
any extension of renewa! hereof. ~
