3379 Peachtree Raad, N. , Atlanta, Georgia, 30326, Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten 6
($10. 00) Dollars, arid other good and valuable considerations - among which is i
the agreement of the Grantee that Grantor shall have the right to rnarket the citrus ~
crops produced upon the herein described property far a period of ten years, upoii
terms set out in a contract between the parties dated concurrently herewith - to ~
said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow- ~
ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee, and israntee's heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lyingand being in
St. Lucie, County, Florida, to-wit:
South one-half (S 1/ 2) of Souih one-half (S 1/ 2) of

37 South, Range 38 East, sometimes delineated on '

Together with and subject to easeinents for road and canal
