This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second psrt,
its succesaors, le;gal representatives and assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said
lands for drains and drainage ditches, street and utilities, and public utilities purposes; and the said
pa~ i es af the first part do hzreby fally warrant the title to said lands, and will defend -
the same against the lawful claims of all persons w homsoever, claiming by, through or undex part i e s
of the first part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the sarne unto the aecond party, its successors and assigns, to-
